Yes, you will receive the arrears. My arrears were paid three weeks after tribunal but delays can be longer now.

Be very careful because if u ring and ask for the dla forms to be sent out they will backdate it from that date because they have it on the system , if u download the pack online and send it back , they will only backdate from the date the forms were received at there end , hope this helps

Sorry just read that properly , they will backdate it all yes

Hi Goods68,
appeal question, how were you notified about the appeal decision, on the day or letter etc.
i had my appeal on Monday past and was told I would get decision in the post but had no mail due to the weather.
im not sure what to do about finding out the decision without more anxiety and how long to wait
thanks

Hi Susan
Usually the decison letter takes a couple of day, If it doesn't arrive soon , ring the clerk of the court
CR
Be all you can be, make every day count. Namaste -
Thanks CockneyRebel,
iv emailed the email address on the letter from the court/tribunal as I understand due to the weather there’s been no mail. If Iv still heard nothing by midweek I will ask my friend to phone.
thanks I’m really anxious -
I'm really pleased for you @Goods68 well done.

What is a tribunal like? I was on p.i.p for 2 years for borderline personality disorder but reassessment now says i am not entitled so likely a tribunal coming up because not all reconsiderations are successful.

Disability Rights UK (DR) publish their own Disability Rights Handbook which has a thorough section about PIP Tribunal Hearings. £18.50 from their website or might be available in your local public library reference section.
