I have a son 57yrs diagnosedwith ME, finding difficulty in getting help/advice from medical staff.
Does anyone have any ideas as to how he can obtain financial assistance?

Hi @bargepole84
Hope you are having a lovely evening
I am sure a benefits adviser will be along soon. In the meantime you could speak to CAB or look on their website for more information
best wishes

Hello @bargepole84, is your son receiving PIP?
Have you had a look at our online benefits calculator? It’s a handy tool which can help you figure out which benefits you can apply for.

No. He was getting sick pay. He has been told that he has to attend for an assessment examination. He is not well enough to get to the appointment, but they don't want to visit him so it's stalemate
