I am having to go to a tribunal re PIP payments. I need all the help I can get. I also had an awful interview with Capita. My problems are arthritis and Bi polar. Would anybody know if the CAB would check your facts and advise on best way to proceed, and indeed would they go with you to the tribunal?

Just saying hello, @bearshead16, and welcome to the community. Good to have you with us, though I'm sorry to hear that you're having difficulties.
It's PIP, of course, so I am sorry but not in the least surprised. We have many members who have faced similar difficulties to your own and some of them, and some of our specialist advisors, will be along to talk to you in due course. So bear with us.
I'm not one of the experts on PIP, but you might find this link useful: https://www.scope.org.uk/support/disabled-people/money/pip/faqs?_ga=2.53016493.405444417.1517054923-1832321402.1513208436
and this one: https://community.scope.org.uk/discussion/31537/read-me-how-do-i-claim-pip-and-where-can-i-get-help-filling-the-form-in#latest That second link also directs you to some CAB resources.
Perhaps you could have a look at these? For now, bear with us, we're here and listening.
Warmest best wishes,
Richard

Hi @bearshead16
I’m sorry to hear about the problems you’ve been having with PIP, it sounds really frustrating. Citizen's Advice should be able to offer you support, but you may want to contact them directly to get more details of what help they can provide.
We have a lot of useful information about appealing a DWP benefits decision on our website, including some resources on tribunals. You may find the following videos of interest:

I hope this helps! If you have any other questions, please do get in touch.
