she said i got out of wheelchair on my own my husband stood in front of her and helped me transfer/
she said i could moved my hands and arms with no problem,
she forgot to say i ended up in tears because she made me turn my hand so palm was facing up. with osteoarthiritis in my wrist she heard the click of my bone.
she didnt want to know about severe pain i am in all the time just wanted to know how far i could walk i said not measured it so she said 50meters it is 18meters,
i could go on there was so many lies,
our lives are being taken away due to pain us that could mamage to go out as we had mobility car

Hi trishad and welcome
Have you asked for a copy of the assessment report ?
You have one month from the date on the decision to request an MR

HI CR
no i havent yet had bad panic attack when i read the letter,
i am going to ask for the reconsideration as well as for the report.
it just seems i got nothing left cant get to my nearest bus stop its to far for me.

Was this a review or a change from DLA to PIP ?
It is always a good idea to get f2f advice from CAB or similar
You may not get the report in time to help with your MR, but ask for it before you request the MR. As long as you request the MR before the month is up you can do so by phone but follow up with a letter. If you haven't received the report in time then you can say that you will be submitting further evidence and ask that they wait for you to submit it, they may wait or may not.
You should be prepared to appeal to the tribunal where success rate is currently around 69%
