Hello @Lasian_Scope What makes me happy is meeting my friends on a morning on the messaging service on the forum.
All of us help each other through the day. Helps me mentally and the messages and kind thoughts are wonderful.
Starts for me that speaking to them every morning and having Classic FM on. That the first real happy start.
Then good breakfast my main energy source my sunshine that supports and benefits my well being and music on. Till well all day. Nothing like better.
The old stuff Jazz and Soul. Got a really good selection of them.
Good evening meal see my posts .
That is my well being that effects me, so I need to relax. No stress.
Have anxiety and depression.. Need sunshine and have rays so this forum helps me every day. Thank you for the bottom of my heart and all my friends love you all.
Take care
