Made to claim Universal Credit last year, preferred ESA as GP issues 12 week fit notes. Had my assessment after 12 week and failed, now waiting for them to accept my late appeal.  This is causing me worry, I have endogenous depression and mental health issues.
PIP was rewarded enhanced personal care with no mobility, mandatory reconsideration no change, what should I do ?

    Hello jameslangwigan and welcome

For your ESA all you can do at the moment is wait, is this a late MR or tribunal appeal ?

As far as PIP is concerned, do you have mobility problems ?
It is not unusual for MR's not to change anything so your option is to go to appeal if you think you meet the criteria for a mobility element. We cannot make that decision for you and with out knowing more about how you meet the criteria it is difficult to point you in the right direction
