You need to submit gp letter of the diagnosis.
    Photos of all aids
Medication prescriptions and any over the counter medication
    Diary
Letter of support from your parents/ friends/ people you interact with a lot.
How you are effected and how you are effected without the help.

My only thoughts on this rightly or wrongly, is living with family they assume that help can be provided if you get it.
I am warden supported I actually couldn't provide recent evidence in regards to budgeting- because it's all done! I should have provided the evidence that shows its dealt with. But they were shut over Christmas and my due back date was the 8 Jan.

Please help me out @Victoriad why isn't there a diagnostic test? If fibro effects so many things that must be able to be tested somehow?
I sort of see where your coming from in that in MH its invisible- but only until that person speaks or doesn't. The outwardly behavior is part of their condition.

The driving license would be if he/ she is claiming mobility planning a journey. I don't see how it fits into care per se. Unless you are saying your medication causes you to be severely effected and too drowsy. It warms that on the packet.

    I can't touch piriton.
Do not follow me, I don't know where I am going.

@whistles. The assessor took a photocopy of my diagnosis letter. It's not mentioned at all in the report. This was from a consultant rheumatologist so I'd have thought it was pretty convincing.

Fibromyalgia doesn't have a test that shows it definitively. They take a number of symptoms in to account and check a number of trigger points.

Basically, I've got 5 years worth of evidence that shows no physical problems. I was sent to specialists for wrist, back and ankle problems (without answers) before the consultant pieced it all together.
