Hi everyone. I'm really new to this I've never written anything before. But basically I suffer with Agoraphobic OCD panic attacks depression and anxiety. I currently get universal credits and I applied for PIP which was not given. I done a mandatory recon and they said they couldn't change it and I have to appeal it if I still believe it to be wrong. TBH ive got worse since November last year when this whole drama started. It makes me feel so down. Sorry to b a downer. Thank you

Aww thank u so much guys. It's so anxiety provoking ! But I'm going to continue with the appeal. Hopefully I won't have to wait too long. Everyone I've spoken to say it varies ? Any ideas on timings once the appeal Is sent in ?
Thanks again for a lovely welcome. And @debbiedo49 do u suffer from Agoraphobia ?
    Xx

That was the timescale from the day i appealed , my message to you is never give up as the DWP will hold proceedings up at every opportunity.
They have had directions from the court to explain their decision but failed to reply
I have just today had my hearing date which is end of this month and if it goes against me and i have grounds for appeal i will carry on .

Yh I think it's  the best thing to do. So I'm going to try to get help doing the SSCS1 form.
Good luck @markyboy for the end of the month x
