    Sorry to hear that. The only way you can appeal to the upper Tribunal now is if an error in law was made when making the decision. For this you will need to request a copy of the statement of reasons, and find someone who can look to see if an error in law was made.

    Or, you can try to re-apply.
    I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
