                    I made a claim for an emergency benefit advance as claimed esa they told me to call back by 6pm but i was on hold till they closed does that mean they have refused it

            I dont know for certain but im sure if you ring in morning (they open saturday )if you explain you were still on hold they should sort it out for you.0

            It says they are not open again til monday0

            i actually have made the claim ..they said a decision would be made by 6pm they asked for a number they could text but I don't have a mobile or a phone as I am homeless in a shelter only have internet access ...0
