@Bahailander - Hello! Although I’m English-born, 3 of my 4 grandparents were Welsh, from Newport in the South, to the amazing Llanon in the North, its beautiful up there! I also suffer acute anxiety and clinical depression. I’m so glad to see you are feeling better, hope for me yet. I have a first meeting with CRUSE on Monday.... lost my husband of over 39 years back in 2014, and it still feels like yesterday. But if there’s hope for your depression, there must also be hope for mine too. Thank you so much for your encouragement, I so need some right now. Sincerest best wishes for your continued recovery.
