UC not being updated

Hi can anyone help. Iv had uc since november 2017 and i get money on the 10th so i get told how much im getting on the 3rd or 4rth normally. But this month it said i would be told my award yesterday the 4rth and its not updated. Is this maybe a fault has anyone experienced this. Im concerned as i am aware how bad they are.

Thanks Ami. I have Bi Polar so I worry about everything thats why im out tring to find out if anyone else has dealt with this.
