I received my pip review letter the other day i have filled it all in and put a copy of my medical notes letters from the hospital and a copy of all the tablets that i take. The date i had to send it back was 27 August but ive sent it back as soon as i could because the pip i get now finishes on 1 September. My question is does anybody no how long will it take before i get a letter back from pip I use a wheel chair all the time and am worried if i dont get pip again

It really depends on how quick they can organise a face to face assessment if they think you need one. If you do add on another 6 weeks plus.

At a guess it could take until late Sept/early October before you get a decision.

    Hi,

Expect another face 2 face assessment as most people have them, even for review. Waiting times vary depending on the backlog in your area. The process this time is exactly the same as last time and during the assessment you'll be asked about how your conditions affect you. Good luck.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

On the pip review letter it say you may have to go for a face to face assessment but not all the time

Mose people do, it's very rare to have a paper based assessment. I would expect and prepare for another assessment, that way you won't be too surprised when a letter arrives.

I'm still waiting on a decision from my 30th of may claim. Guess all the tribunals are taking up their time now.
