Hi @johnlusk57 and a warm welcome to the community! Do you have any other health professionals that would be able to support the claim?

Hi,A lot of GPs/ Consultants will refuse to write a letter for benefit purposes. It's most likely because they don't have the time to write them. You may get some GPs that will agree to write a letter but charge for them. Unfortunately it's the GP's decision. You can ask your GP if there's any medical evidence in your file that you can use. There's no charge to see your medical records and to have a digital copy of everything.Don't rely on them contacting your GP for evidence because this very rarely happens.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
