Money is being reduced from my daughter's ESA. Why is this?

My daughter was claiming carrers allowence and we are both on e.s.a but they started deducting money from her esa so instead off her getting a £140 a fortnight she was only getting £113 a fort night why is this 
As this isent helping either off us I'm also on phone. It.  As I have long term illnesses and disabled
