If you win at Tribunal they will give you the length of time the award is valid for, 3,4,5 years etc  About a year to six months before the end of that period of award, DWP will contact you. Now,, if your original assessment states that your condition is not likely to improve after 9 months, it is almost certain that any new claim by you will be a box ticking exercise. That is the advice I was given by my legal advisor, who specialises in Disability Rights.

You'll need to take a look at the decision letter or ring PIP and ask. Reviews are done one year before the award ends.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

I've had a look at decision letter My letter says I will be contacted by letter 14 weeks before award ends and I can reapply if I want to, its not a case if I want to I do not want the stress of reapplying again when nothing has changed should I not get review forms as I won at a tribunal

So you just ask for the length of award to be reconsidered?

It is usual for a PIP award to be reviewed a year in advance of the end date. Once a new decision is made it supercedes your old award from that date.

There are two types of form that you might receive
PIP2 Form which is a renewal form
AR1 form which is the Annual Review

PIP2 you should complete in the same way as when you first applied for PIP, comlpete with any evidence

AR1 is a short form asking if your condition is better, the same or worse.
If your condition has remained the same then that is what your should tick giving brief details.
If your condition is worse then that is what to tick and supply full backing evidence.

If you tick the same box you might not be called for f2f assessment but that is not guaranteed

If you tick the worse box you can expect to be called for assessment

CR Annual is yearly so what will my hubby receive then as he was given PIP for 3 yrs. so will he receive the PIP 2 then? You telling me he has to answer the same questions all over again and as many all over again even though his no better  with Rheumatoid Arthritis  and he could lose it all next time even if he answers the questions the same?
