    @Matilda have  You considered looking at ex mobility cars, perhaps asking those dealers if they have any car come in with the adaptions you need. All the best in your search xx

    I just looked online again, and there are various enclosed vehicles with handlebar steering and hand contol led brakes if that would suit you. Micro electric, mainly, but up to 4 seats.   USA,  Japan,  mainly, but some European as well
