Pip appeal - tribunal. Need advice.

Hi. My mother is disabled has received high rate DLA for care and mobility for many years, Been reassessed and lower rate pip awarded for both. Gone through mandatory redecusiin now sent off an appeal to be told the wait for tribunal may be 55 weeks! So how do I prove at the tribunal that my mother cannot do all the things the assessor says she can?

Welcome to the community! Do you have any evidence stating your mother is unable to do these things? E.g. A letter from her doctor or medical report?Disability Gamechanger - 2019 -
