Hi. My mother is disabled has received high rate DLA for care and mobility for many years, Been reassessed and lower rate pip awarded for both. Gone through mandatory redecusiin now sent off an appeal to be told the wait for tribunal may be 55 weeks! So how do I prove at the tribunal that my mother cannot do all the things the assessor says she can?

Hi @cookie567
Welcome to the community! Do you have any evidence stating your mother is unable to do these things? E.g. A letter from her doctor or medical report?Disability Gamechanger - 2019 -
Hi @cookie567,
Welcome to Scope's online community! It's great to have you on board.
We have lots of information about appealing a DWP benefits decision - including at the tribunal stage - on our website, which you might find useful. Citizens Advice also have some handy information about tribunal hearings too.
I hope this helps. If you have any other questions, then please do get in touch!Liam -
Hi sent all evidence. Getting an independent OT to privately access next few weeks.
