can I take a copy of my pip assessment form to the assessment with me!
i have been told to to take it to remind me but would this be allowed!
i have a copy because I had help filling it in with a welfare rights person,

You are able to take anything that you presented to the DWP in support of your claim. It is a good idea to use it as an aide-memoire, Good Luck
