Once the assessor has completed their report and sent it off to the Decision Maker does all the other paperwork, forms/ prescription list/evidence etc accompany this? Asking because on hubby's report where it states Medication there are only a couple of items written down. No mention at all of the different inhalers and tablets he takes. He has a list of 15 items yet only 3 written down???

Ring up the DWP and tell them that the assessment report misses out all this medication and you want to check they have all your GP evidence that shows what medication your husband is on. Let them know you aren't happy that despite telling them/providing the evidence, they have missed out x, y and z medication.0
