    Hi chloe
I've phoned citizens advice and social service and they both told me to contact age UK so now I'm waiting for someone to contact me.

Please be aware of the timescales for returning the form, if you need extra time DWP will give you an extra 14 days but you do need to ring and ask. Getting help to fill out forms like this can be very difficult because of lack of funding from places like this. This guide may help if you can't get help.

Don't forget to send evidence with your completed form because they rarely contact anyone for this. Good luck.

My experience of AgeUK has been poor. Maybe it was due to lack of their training or not having the time to spend with me. Either way I felt as though at 65, I was too young to require their help.
Maybe other offices are different you can but try.

A lot of these charities are extremely busy and it may take them a while to ring you back. Leave it a couple of days and maybe ring them to see if they can help you. If not then the PIP form guide i posted will be useful. Good luck.
