Esa and job offer: 25 hours a week

Hi my daughter has been offered a job but it's 25 hours a week. Will here esa be stopped fully. She is in the support group. Would she be able to claim anything else?

Hi mikkibell welcome to the Scope community. To be honest, I think it would stop because if her hours are more than 16 hours a week it starts effecting ESA. She can clame working tax credit though.1

Hi @mikkibell and a warm welcome to the community! You can only work up to 16 hours a week while on ESA. However, if you use the benefit calculator it may indicate that your daughter is eligible for another form of support. Hope this helps0
