Hi, I have recently had a life changing accident,I have yet to make a claim for PIP as my DWP advisor has told me not to make inquiries until the middle of November. Will my claim be from the date of my accident or the date the claim was made? Thanks.Chris.

Hi @chrisprobert
Welcome to the community. Sorry to hear about your accident.
Claims are backdated to the date when you ring up to enquire about an application form.
Hope you get sorted with it.
