hi. Just phoned DWP and they said my paperwork was with a case manager?
Anyone know what a case manager does?

Hi,Case manager is a decision maker and they make the decision on your claim. Good luck and hopefully it won't be too long. Asking for a copy of the assessment report will give you some idea what the decision is likely to be.0
