Hello @otoolecherub72 and a warm welcome to the community. Rather a sad welcome, too, because we hear this so often. I am very sorry you are suffering through a system even the UN has recognized as awful.
Others will be here to talk to you in due course and, for the moment, I am going to refer your post to our benefits advisors. Somebody should be in touch with you soon.
Warmest best wishes,
@JennysDad -
Hello @otoolecherub72 Pleased to meet you welcome.
Thank you for joining and sharing.
Sorry what has happened. You need to appeal if your unhappy with any decision you have.
We have lots of information about appealing a DWP benefits decision on our website.
I would add speak to your local CAB office for guidance with anything appeals. Have expertise and knowledge on benefits.
Can be complex and confusing.
If you unhappy with the report. You can complain to ATOS or Capita who ever did your report. Also speak to your local MP.
They are often interested in the outcomes and interviews of the whole benefit system.
We are a friendly, supportive community. Care and share.
Please ask if we can advise. Some one will know.
Pleasure to meet you.
Please take care
