Hi what does a task mean in pip

I called DWP today and was told my case with with a case manager and she is doing a TASK I ask her what this ment but she did not no so she tried to put me few to a case worker but was busy I'm taking it to tribunal and it's been with them for over 4 weeks now does anyone know what a "TASK"is thank you

Welcome Can you be a bit clearer do you mean you have had an assessment and awaiting a decision or have you received a decision and going through the tribunal process. -
Hi I have received a decision on MR but no change so going to tribunal but just confused to what's going on with it
