Hi all,
I appealed against DWP decision of not awarding PIP. Appeal was logged April. Have been told today that tribunal date is 9th Jan. Does anybody know, does this mean I will have to attend tribunal or is there still a chance that DWP change their decision and award before tribunal date? Any advice appreciated....

Hi,You'll need to appear in person and answer any questions yourself. You can take someone with you to support you on the day. Don't rely on DWP offering you an award before the hearing, it's rare for this to happen.
