As i advised, you will need to speak to welfare rights and they will give you face to face advice. I'm afraid i can't advise you any further but wish you good luck and hope you get the right decision for you.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help. -
I have a specialist at the hospital aswell as I have PTSD so he wrote a letter aswell
-
Hopefully you get back in the support group.Good luck and let us know how you get on.

Yes of course

Poppy is sort of right,
the actual descriptors have stayed the same.
However the DWP have been constantly reviewing and tweaking things in terms of interpretation to determine if someone may or may not hit a descriptor. An example been on imaginary aids to assist with mobility, thats one thats been tweaked since ESA was introduced. -
Does anyone know how long it takes for a decision to be made in what group I will be in

Hi I received my medical report very confusing
-
It says I advise the client meets the criteria for limited capability for work and work related activity then in the next bit of letter it says instability in mental health likely to deteriorate under added pressure or stress such as been asked to engage in work or work related activity does that mean there advising I stay in wrag on move back to support group
-
That's Support Group recommendation. Usually they go with the report, it's very rare to go against it. You do need to wait for the decision though.

I hope it's support group it's giving me a lot of stress at the moment been fighting it for 4 months now
-
They word it differently now and Support Group is Limited capability for work related activity (LCWRA) Seems like it's reg 35.
