Hi im new here ive recieved a letter to fill in saying i might be owed money from 2012 to 2017...i also got a call on monday asking a few question which i answered, then he said to me it will be sent off to the process team n should here something back within 12 weeks...does this mean il get a back payment ?? I was on incapacity then changed to esa contribution.... when i got awarded pip enhanced on both then a friend told me i could claim sdp on my esa... when i was on dla i dont think i got the priemum sdp cus i had never heard of it before....is this the priemum they are backdating ?? Thanks

Currently there is a lot going on in terms of “backdated payments” for people who transferred from “incapacity Benefit” onto “esa”

Thank you just seen this i get £365 now every 2weeks l....b4 i claimed sdp i got £237 every 2 weeks have i been under paid any premiums....i've tried to go back to 2012 but realised I've change bank since then
Also was on dla high n middle then got letter 2011 saying i got muddle n low for life then the new pip came in and i received high for both font knoe if yhis info helps thanks -
Also it says on my bank statement eesa which i dont know what that ie either

It’s all down to being put in the wrong “group” when switching from “ICB onto ESA”
