in Start here and say hello!
Hello all,

I joined yesterday because I was reading the forums and wanted to reply to someone who was going through a similar experience as me with pip and lies.

I have been through a few things in life that meant I was traumatised and had a lot of symptoms, finding life generally traumatic generated complex post traumatic stress disorder which has been tough.

I hope everyone appreciates that whilst I will share some things, I don’t want to go into lots of details, and hope that it won’t come across as being unfriendly... I just need to look after myself in this way.

It’s really helpful to be able to sign up to this supportive forum and I look forward to chatting with everyone.

    Thank you so much for your welcomes and reassuring words, it’s really comforting for me.

    Steve I will let you know if I have any problems though so far so good, it is nice to be able to connect with people in a way that I can.

    Wow you have been here a while!

    It has been helpful for me to read things that others have shared and I hope to do the same though I can find it very difficult to do.

    It feels like I’m posting in a place where people understand, I think I was a bit wary at first.

    I’m glad the forum is here, it must be helpful to so many people aside myself.

    Hello @chockies Thanks for kind words, what helps is the people like your good self.

    Meet every day members of our community. Who have so many problems need to express. Talk and may just need some one to listen.

    Happy to do so. Sometimes get new members share very little and can not find the words to say. What is bothering them.

    That is fine. Have the patience and time. Then they meet some one similar and can identify the issues they have.  By talking to some one like themselves.

    Friendships are formed and then the communication becomes between the members supportive.  Kind and full of comfort words of solace and peace.

    Your not alone, always some one here to say how are you?

    How the day is going.?

    How can I be a friend?.  

    Something we all need sometimes.
