Happy New Year
was asking for some advice please
I have fibromyalgia and won pip I ave now got cervical spondylosis and awaiting to have some injection do I inform pip or just leave it as its take a year to get and don't want to loose what I have which is standard o both component's

Hi,PIP isn't about a diagnosis, it's how those conditions affect you. Unless your conditions have got worse and you can score more points in the descriptors for a higher award then no there's no need to report those changes.You really do need to get face to face advice regarding this because it's impossible to give you the correct advice on an internet forum.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

Totally up to you but it does sometimes trigger off a new claim, when you inform Dwp regarding a change.

Reporting changes means you'll be sent new PIP2 forms and the process starts all over again.
