ok my partner gets Carer’s allowance awarded from May. 
I recently won my tribunal and pip was backdated to feb 3 months before Carer’s was awarded. 
So would she get the backpay for Carer’s from February-May

    Yup, if they were caring for you at that time and the other criteria applied. It needs to be claimed within 3 months of the PIP decision.
    I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
