Hi I had my tribunal hearing today via telephone I was so anxious and nervous but they said they were going to award me the enhanced rate and it was going to be backdated so at least now I don't feel like they will are calling me a liar. If you are worrying about appealing then please do it because if you are entitled to it you should be able to get it

That's really encouraging to here and positive. I am so happy for you, I suffer with chronic pain and have my assessment soon but pain is such a hard thing for someone else to understand when you say I'm in pain everyday

Fantastic news @Angiebabes2410 really pleased for you. I am waiting for my MR decision and it is so stressful, already thinking I won’t appeal as all of the stress is getting to me, but reading your post makes me reconsider, well done!
