Fightback told me I could wait till November to go to court. Also to wear non informal clothing and any one wear makeup this automatically fail anyone. I don't wear makeup. I have to dress informal.

    Hi,
Waiting times for Tribunal hearings are huge in a lot of areas. Some are waiting a year or more.

As for dressing, dress how you usually do it's not a court. They don't automatically refuse people that wear make-up, that's ridiculous.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
