It's pointless sending anything the DWP for next day delivery because all mail is sent to a mail sorting office before arriving at DWP.

There's no time scales to decisions for reviews but expect another face to face assessment as most people have them. Good luck.

At least by sending it that way i have got proof that it was sent and there will be proof of it being signed for that end . as for a normal recorded delivery you are not guaranteed  i was told by staff in post office thanks for reply Poppy

As @poppy123456 has said you’re wasting money. You’re sending it to a private company not the DWP. It has to be received; stamped; sorted; transferred to a different place for scanning and finally linked to your NI number. Only the mast 2 are done by DWP.

You can track it as far as the mail delivery centre where it could be signed for by a security guard or anyone but they don’t work for DWP and it doesn’t prove DWP received because at the point it’s signed for its with a private company. Your best insurance is always to simply keep a copy.
