Having panic attacks over PIP review

Just got a letter from pip for a review next week struggling to cope please can anyone give me some words of comfort 3 panic attacks with in an hour feel like I'm going to die or loose my mind

The process can be stressful try not not to worry here is some advice on panic attacks hope this helps you and good luck we are here to support you -
I just feel afraid I just hate the way this makes me think that the person capita sends to my home is there to judge me and I just find they are there to cuz devestation kinda like a bully
