Hi not sure if there is a discussion about this but just wondering is the 12 week waiting period from when i sent the form for backdated pay back or from when they started procession. Just rang up to check on the process of my claim and this snotty woman wouldn't even look into my file. All I got was it takes 12 weeks and they'll write to me then goodbye...

HI,It's 12 weeks from the date the received the form but backlogs are huge, so that time is just a guide.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
