There's no time scales for the length of time it takes HMCTS to send the statement of reasons. DWP asking for SOR doesn't mean they're going to appeal the decision. They can't appeal unless the error in law is found.It can take 8 weeks, sometimes longer to receive backdated money. There's really nothing more you can but wait.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
