hi has anyone got into the wrag of esa for spinal fusion,or spinal problems.thankyou

    Hi Lisa,

    As previously advised in your other thread, it's not about a diagnosis, it's how those conditions affect you. You can't compare 2 people because we're all affected differently.

    Good luck with the Tribunal and hopefully you'll have a decision that you're happy with.

    To make a claim it's about you abilities to meet the ESA descriptors and not about your illnesses, medications or disabilities. If you can do all or most of the descriptiors safely, repeatedly in a timely manner then unless you score the appropriate points then your claim for ESA will be awarded accordingly.
