Hello 
I need some advice my pip claim was refused but I have no letter I was told over the phone do i have to wait for the letter before putting for a M.R I have anxiety depression and agoraphobia I have had this for over 15 years I used to get dia for this but when it was changed to pip it just stopped without reason.

    No they said they sent it on the 7th of February and that I have until the 7th of March to put in for the M.R

    Hello and welcome, when you where claiming DLA the claim was based on your illnesses,and disability. Whereas now you have migrated to claiming PIP the criteria for this benefit is different and acessed on your abilities to preform the PIP descriptiors safely, reliably and in a timely manner. So when you receive the award notification letter also phone DWP and request a copy of your acessment report so when you requested your MR you can refer to the report giving several examples of why you disagree with the report for each of the  descriptiors you are contesting.

    I requested a report today and was told it will take 3 weeks to get to me which is past the 7th of March deadline
