Hi ive just recently been for an assessment to see what group I get put into and im on the sick at the moment and im on u credit.. before going on to u credit, I worked for over two years, but the stress of work and other mental and physicsl issues I had to leave on health grounds.. before I worked I was on esa but on the work related... willl I go bk on the work related even though im unfit for work and my circumstances are different to when I got put on the work related

Hi,No one can tell you if you'll successfully be given limited capability for work under UC, i'm afraid you'll have to wait for a decision. To get the extra money per month you'll need to be given limited capability for work related activity (LCWRA) which is Support Group equivalent for ESA.0

No what im saying is before I started work, I wss in the work related and now because I have had to leave work on health grounds and now im on u credit.. will I be automatically be put into the work related activity gtoup because I wasn't on the support when I was on esa previous to starting wprk, but my condition is worse than before I started work0

Were you claiming ESA immediately before claiming UC or did you stop ESA to start work?
