Hi my son is on sea which he has for a few years he had a letter cause he may get a payment which they own him some money we sent the form off 6 wssks go but not heard nothing

Hi,It can take 12 weeks, sometimes longer for them to make a decision and this is from when they receive the form. There's 1000's of people underpaid so expect longer than 12 weeks.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
