Lost Tribunal

Hi Kathy b
I had the same experience at the Wolverhampton courts but my tribunal was for ESA.
I was only in 5 minutes. They completely disregarded anything i had to say.
The solicitor was rude abrupt, the doctor was patronising.
They made me feel worthless.
I was forced back into work and since then from two years ago my health has deteriated such alot.
The whole process made me so ill and I just wanted to end my life.
Now I am facing the whole process all over again and I feel physically sick.
I will be glad when I am 6ft under and gone from this earth. I have worked since I was 17 and I am soon 50. This whole process from start to finish is very daunting.
I have reached a point in my life when I hold my hands up and yes I admit I need help. I know i can't continue to work, but sadly the help is just not there, and yes I do feel let down by the whole system. -
I'm so sorry to hear that you're feeling this way. You are a member of our community and we appreciate you.
If you are having thoughts of suicide, it is important that you discuss them with someone who is qualified to help. Please call the Samaritans on 116 123 (free) or email them at jo@samaritans.org. You might also benefit from reading MIND’s information on how you can help yourself.
If you don't feel you can keep yourself safe right now, seek immediate help.
go to any hospital A&E department (sometimes known as the emergency department)
call 999 and ask for an ambulance if you can't get to A&E
ask someone else to contact 999 for you or take you to A&E immediately
If you need some support right now, but don't want to go to A&E, here are some other options for you to try:
contact the Samaritans on freephone 116 123, they're open 24 hours and are there to listen
contact your GP for an emergency appointment or the out of hours team
contact your local crisis team
click the yellow 'I need urgent help' button at the top of this link for more options

Hi thank you everyone I just feel if you’re on benefits or have mental illness or just vulnerable you’re treated so different bullied and abused they make you feel worthless. I have made a complaint against him to his superior But I do feel better than I did. It’s wrong how we are treated so much worse than prisoners
