Hi
my daughter is 27 & now has to contribute towards her care. is it right the council can take all her care component from her Pip plus her ESA?

Hi,When a local council assess you for care/personal budget they do take into consideration PIP daily living but not mobility. Not sure about ESA. See link that confirms the PIP. https://www.disabilityrightsuk.org/how-we-can-help/independent-living/frequently-asked-questions-independent-living
