after waiting 13 month for my PIP Telephone Hearing ,which was instructed to be heard by a Judge ****, when i received my Telephone Call for my Case to be heard it was a different Judge and she apologized to me but said she could not hear my Case as it was down to be heard by a specific Judge to hear. I think that after waiting over a year this is a wholly unacceptable and now i have to wait AGAIN!!!..Who ever has made this deplorable mistake needs carpeting.Who and where do i lodge a severe formal complaint?

Oh how frustrating, I'm so sorry to hear this @paulus. Have you been given your new date?
In the meantime, it may be helpful to have a look at the complaints procedure for courts and tribunals service on the gov.uk website, -
Well heres the update on my Tribunal that was heard today...It was a telephone Hearing..And i won it and was awarded Enhanced on both Components...The DWP only gave me Enhanced my the disabilty living allowance hence my Appeal..I hope this helps give other members more faith in the Tribunal System, because it is un bias and fair
