I got turned down 4 pip after my Fla ended av bein on Fla 20 years till transfers to pip 20 I got no points after face to face interview then I got 7 pts after my gp etter after reckon was turned down didn t get enough for daily llivi point if how can u go from personal care mob low rate from nothing I just can't understand y they just didn t give me the 8pts needed I waited 11months n 2wks 4 appeal n cos of my extra evidence sent in I got 11 points at my appeal so now am on standard rate daily living I already add 7 points so got extra 4 points at appeal I was so nervous nd scared I didn't ble I won as only u can talk 4 yourself my wife was with me for support anybody going to pip appeals don't give up n try stay calm n confident no 1 will notice how long will it b b4 I get payment n bck payment thanks for listen iam well eased I won mick

Hi MickIt usually takes DWP 5-8 weeks to put a tribunal decision into paymentBe all you can be, make every day count. Namaste

I'm sorry to hear about your experiences. It must have been really frustrating, but that's great news about your successful tribunal. As CR says, it can take 5-8 weeks for a decision to be put into payment. Fingers crossed things move forwards for you soon!
