The tribunal says I should of received the payment untill oct this year but on review dwp cut it

Thank you kate for the link. Is dwp allowed to go against a tribunal decision? The decision was already made by tribunal in june last year. And should of been untill October this year.

have you called them to find out exactly what is going on- I am not able to give benefits advice but there is a whole section within the scope site that has many questions and answers regarding PIP- these are here

Yes I called them and they said perhaps the case manager who made the decision didn't see the tribunal letter. I said I would like to appeal. They told me the process. My decision letter was sent out 21st feb and I had not received it, I only knew they cut my money when I got paid. I told them I am worried I will be left with little or no time to appeal if I do not receive the decision letter on time. They said somebody will call me...this was yesterday.

Hi,Yes, they can go against the Tribunal decision because this is a review of the last decision. Any new decision will overrule a Tribunal decision. If you disagree then you need to request the MR then Tribunal if that fails. You have 1 month from the date of the decision to request the MR.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
