Hi wonderbif anyone can help was sent out letter sayingbi was owed 3396.80 now they saying it was a mistake has anyone else had this thank you

Hi yes was from esa seven people told me I was owed it then last person said I wasn’t so confused

Hi @katie6 were you sent an ESA3 (IBR) form to fill out?
Lots of people were underpaid ESA and the DWP are slowly contacting them.
Do you still have the letter from them? If so it may be worth calling the number on it again and asking them for clarification on the matter. Alternatively, your local Citizens Advice Bureau may be able to assist you as you can show them the original letter you received and they can go through it all.Community Manager

Hi yes I’ve contacted them seven people said I was due it then last person said was mistake wasn’t sent no form just a letter thank you

Then another person said I might be owed it and they will call me in 48 hours as anyone else had this thank you

One one person said it’s cause I have a career on my pip but I thought pip and esa wasn’t nothing to do with each other so confused with it all
