-
Iv tried to get a sicknote from when my benefit stopped 8 febuary but my gp is refuseing to write one however i visited my gp on 5th march an i think there going to write a sick note from then but to mention my drs didnt have any appointments in febuary think im going to complain would anyone else
-
To receive backdated money from the date you were found fit for work then you will need that sick note to be backdated. If it's not backdated then you'll lose that money and you'll only receive money from the date of the sick note.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help. -

Complain and ask to see another doctor, they can backdate when they feel like it. -
